FAQ

  • I can't access the courses. I just get a message asking me to email.

Not all courses are available all of the time. We work hard to keep everything up to date so we might be updating information or changing something. The free courses are marked and if you want to access any other courses drop us an email and we'll be happy to help.

  • I've finished the course, why can't I get a certificate?

In order to get a certificate you need to complete every section of the course (100% in the progress bar at the top left hand corner). You may need to go back and check that you have clicked on the box "complete and continue" at the end of each section.

  • I want to save some of the notes. How do I do this?

The notes for each module are downloadable as a pdf at the end of each course. Just click the download icon.

  • You mention some resources in the course. Do I have to go through the course again to access them?

No, there is a resource library which you can access anytime. This contains useful information and we hope to create a separate section for your own guidelines. Let us know if you like this.

  • Why is my certificate only valid for one year?

The courses are designed to provide accredited CPD to clinicians who may need that for their registration so the certificate is valid for a year; it dates the learning and testing to meet those, often annual, requirements.

Also we update our courses so they contain the best evidence based training at that time. This doesn't mean that the learning has no value after a year, we hope that you will be applying it in practice for many years to come. We will continue to add new courses periodically so you will always have new things to learn and new certificates.

  • How do I download the audio module to listen to later offline?

To download the audio module, click the box with an arrow pointing down. This is in the top right-hand corner on the audio lesson page next to the discussion tab.
